How do I get started?
Getting started is easy. There is no prior registration required as we are hired on a “per file” basis. Simply email us at prioritydisclosures@gmail.com or prioritydicslosuresbyjeri.com to start your transaction.
Do you handle the Buyer’s deposit?
Once escrow opens we will confirm with escrow the buyers deposit is received. We will request and confirm the earnest money deposit receipt becomes part of the escrow packet.
Do you handle keys to the Property?
We do not handle keys to the property. The contracting Agent is responsible for arranging property accessibility to service vendors, the Buyers, and the Buyer’s Agent during and at the close of escrow.
How do I contact my transaction coordinator?
You can e-mail your coordinator at anytime, or call during normal business hours: Monday — Friday 8am to 5pm. As well, we will set you up on both Basecamp and Transaction Point so you can keep track all through the process of your file. 24/7!
What do you do with the completed file?
The completed Broker file is submitted directly to you, (or whomever you designate) by the close of escrow. Escrow sends the closing package directly to your office so you get paid on time.
Are there cancellation fees?
Absolutely not — we understand that not every listing will sell and not every opened transaction successfully closes. We value your business and we will only get paid if you get paid.
